What to include in your first message

Each of these details saves one round of emails, and even some of them are enough:

• how many gates there are and which way they lead, because a one-way gate and a two-way gate are two different conversations about automation,
• what traffic the site handles: deliveries, people, both, rail,
• what is already installed at the site: cameras, barriers, readers, a weighbridge, controllers; if you are asking about hardware compatibility, give the makes and models, because for controllers and weighbridge indicators only they settle the question,
• what causes the most trouble: queues, not knowing who is on site, inductions, patrol records.

The last point decides where we start the conversation and what we show in the demo.

In the demo we walk through the whole process on a configuration set up for your site: booking, driver check-in, induction, entry, weighing, exit and report. You don’t need to install anything at your site or buy any hardware for it.

The demo takes one to two hours, remotely or on site. Ideally it involves the person the problem affects, the person who will use the system and someone from IT.

The pricing configurator works out the amount for a specific configuration, including the items outside the licence. Questions about hardware are answered by the list of supported devices.
